Categories of personal data processed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Controller may process common personal data such as, by way of example:<br \/>\u2022 identification and personal details;<br \/>\u2022 company name, business name, job title or role;<br \/>\u2022 telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, certified e-mail addresses (PEC), registered<br \/>office or business addresses;<br \/>\u2022 banking and tax data;<br \/>\u2022 data contained in business correspondence, orders, contracts, quotations,<br \/>administrative and accounting documents.<br \/>Personal data may be collected directly from the data subject, from the company or<br \/>organization to which the data subject belongs, as well as from public sources or third parties<br \/>in connection with the business relationship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Purposes of processing and legal bases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data are processed for the following purposes:<br \/><strong>a) management of pre-contractual and contractual relationships<\/strong><br \/>including requests for information, quotations, offers, orders, supply management,<br \/>performance of contracts, logistics, assistance and operational communications.<br \/><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data<br \/>subject or performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, pursuant to Article<br \/>6(1)(b) GDPR.<br \/><strong>b) compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, administrative and accounting obligations<\/strong><br \/>connected with the management of relationships with customers and suppliers.<br \/><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, pursuant to<br \/>Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.<br \/><strong>c) protection of the Controller\u2019s rights<\/strong><br \/>including handling disputes, complaints, debt collection, fraud prevention, and the<br \/>establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether out of court or in court<br \/>proceedings.<br \/><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> legitimate interest of the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<br \/><strong>d) sending informational or promotional communications relating to the Controller\u2019s<\/strong><br \/><strong>products, services, events, trade fairs and initiatives to existing customers<\/strong><br \/>within the limits permitted by applicable law and with the possibility to object at any time.<br \/><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> legitimate interest of the Controller, where applicable, or consent where required<br \/>by law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Nature of data provision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Providing personal data for the purposes referred to under points 2(a) and 2(b) is necessary for<br \/>the management of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship and for compliance with<br \/>legal obligations. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to establish or continue<br \/>the relationship.<br \/>Providing personal data for promotional purposes, where based on consent, is optional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Processing methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data are processed by paper and electronic means, according to principles and<br \/>methods strictly related to the purposes stated above, and by adopting appropriate technical<br \/>and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Data are<br \/>processed by authorized personnel who are subject to confidentiality obligations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Recipients of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data may be disclosed, within the limits of the purposes set out above, to:<br \/>\u2022 authorized internal staff;<br \/>\u2022 consultants and professional advisors;<br \/>\u2022 banks and insurance companies;<br \/>\u2022 providers of administrative, IT, logistics and organizational services;<br \/>\u2022 outsourced service providers acting on behalf of the Controller;<br \/>\u2022 public administrations, authorities, public bodies and supervisory entities, where<br \/>required by law.<br \/>Such parties may act, depending on the circumstances, either as independent data<br \/>controllers or as data processors duly appointed by the Controller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Transfer of personal data outside the EU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its commercial activity, including international business operations, the Controller<br \/>may transfer personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area. In such<br \/>cases, the transfer will take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR, on the basis of<br \/>an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by adopting appropriate safeguards,<br \/>including the <strong>Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)<\/strong> approved by the European<br \/>Commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Data retention period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they<br \/>were collected and, in particular:<br \/>\u2022 for the entire duration of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship;<br \/>\u2022 thereafter, for the period required by applicable civil, tax, accounting and<br \/>administrative laws;<br \/>\u2022 for the time necessary to handle any disputes or to protect the Controller\u2019s rights;<br \/>\u2022 for promotional purposes, until the data subject objects, or for such other period as<br \/>may be permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Rights of the data subject<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Where applicable, the data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22<br \/>GDPR, including:<br \/>\u2022 the right to access personal data;<br \/>\u2022 the right to rectification;<br \/>\u2022 the right to erasure;<br \/>\u2022 the right to restriction of processing;<br \/>\u2022 the right to object to processing;<br \/>\u2022 the right to data portability, where applicable.<br \/>The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory<br \/>authority for data protection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
